We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with photos and order ID of the damaged product within 3 days from the delivery. Don’t forget to write ‘Exchange request’ in the subject area. After a successful inspection, we will give you the green signal to ship your product to us. If we send you the wrong product, send a mail with the photo and order-id at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will initiate a replacement.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to 7A, Balai Singha Lane. West Bengal, Kolkata: 700009 via a courier service of your choice. Once we receive the item(s) and your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a discount code worth ₹50 for your future purchase and we will initiate a shipment with the fresh product(s) to your address.
